What does it provide?
- Our stock funding facility involves supply chain factoring. We pay the supplier (local or international) on your behalf. Your focus is on providing the goods to your customer and invoicing them accordingly.
- Often the lead time between making payment to suppliers and receiving payment from your customers is excessive and constricts any opportunity for business growth. Our facilities can overcome this problem.
How does it work?
- You negotiate to buy goods from your supplier.
- We pay the supplier on your behalf and take ownership of the goods.
- You provide goods/services to your customer and invoice them.
- You send the invoice to us.
- We make available up to 90% of the value of eligible invoices, less our factor fees and less costs & fees associated with the stock purchase, within 24 hours.
- We carry out the debtor management and collection procedures.
- Debtors pay directly to a nominated account held by Commercial Factors & Finance.
- When your customer pays, we make available to you the retention amount on the 15th of the month following.
